By implementing the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, the company has established new levels of measuring its business processes with the aim of improving service quality, developing a pleasant working environment through more rational planning of existing resources, and reducing overall operating costs. By establishing a mechanism for quality objectives, the company ensures and strives daily for new achievements in the form of collectively achieving new business successes.

To be one of the recognizable companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina and ABROAD in the production of tools, machinery, and machine parts, in accordance with customer requirements and legal regulations. This is reflected in continually raising the level of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and the overall society.

The framework for establishing quality objectives is defined in the Quality Manual.
The director is responsible for communicating the Quality Policy to all employees working in the organization or on behalf of the organization and ensuring the availability of the policy to the public.
